SPSARV plans to forge a partnership with White Bison, Inc., an American-Indian nonprofit that offers healing resources and trainings on sobriety, recovery, addictions, prevention, and holistic wellness to Native American communities and non-Natives alike.

Youth2011: United Methodist Young People Discuss Addiction's Impact on Their Lives           

SPSARV led three workshops at Youth2011, a United Methodist Church youth gathering, that addressed how alcohol and other drugs affect the lives of young people and identified ways for young people to find and offer support to each other.

California-Pacific Conference to Host a Workshop on Bridging Gap Between Church and Recovery Communities

SPSARV and the California-Pacific Conference's Office of New Ministries will sponsor a three-day workshop to train clergy and laity to support individuals and their families battling alcohol and other drug addictions in their congregations and communities.

HHH Reading Circle to Explore Connections Among Sexual Abuse, Addiction, and Healing
